satisfaction you are feeling good about the result, some result, happiness, maybe (2:26) happiness is a part of being fulfilled, maybe happiness you are happy about something in (2:34) particular
but maybe fulfilled, being fulfilled means you are overall feeling satisfied and happy (2:44) about how things are going in life, maybe happiness is a step on the road, you feel happy, you feel (2:53) happy until you feel fulfilled, what does it mean to feel fulfilled, it feels, it means to be (3:05) reaching,
to reach the thing that you have always wanted, to finally (3:15) feeling you achieved the track that you are willing to keep going on, does it does that mean to be (3:30) happy? I don't think so, because some people to achieve their dream they are willing to do a lot (3:41) of effort, they are willing to sacrifice a lot, they are going through difficult times,
(3:50) but at the same time, they are fulfilled, why are they fulfilled? Because that's what they wanted, (3:58) that's what they've always wanted,

you need more dopamine, (5:49) you need more happiness, you need more happy hormones like dopamine, and (5:58) the other kinds of chemicals brain produce to feel good, (6:13) so that's what drives people to do an effort,
there is no straight way to happiness, (6:25) it has to be mixed with its own opposite, if you without sadness you wouldn't feel happy, (6:39) you have to feel pain, or do a lot of effort,
so that when you rest you feel the joy of resting, (6:51) to enjoy not doing anything, but if you keep not doing anything you will end up feeling bad, (7:03) not feeling rested,
